The Buena Vista Ministerial Alliance invites you to join us for Lenten Worship and Lunch, starting on Ash Wednesday, March 5, at 12:00 p.m. Each week, we will gather at a different church, with St. John’s hosting our first service. These brief but meaningful worship services will feature sermons from pastors of local congregations. Following each service, a lunch will be served by the host church, with a suggested freewill offering of $5 to support the Bridge to Hope Food Pantry at Rockbridge Community Church of the Nazarene. We also encourage you to bring canned goods and non-perishable items to support the About My Father’s Business Food Pantry at Stone Church of the Brethren.

We hope these gatherings will help prepare your heart for Holy Week and Easter while fostering a stronger sense of community in Christ. We look forward to growing together in faith and fellowship.
